Enabling teachers to design their own games

For this project, our objective is to design an authoring tool to enable museum curators, teachers or tourist office employees to create Learning Games, to be used on smartphones, which are adapted to their specific pedagogical context and educational material (e.g. paintings, trees, mushrooms, archeologic sites). These games are based on three effective game patterns (live action role-playing games, mystery games and treasure hunts) and incorporate a wide range of collaborative and situated activities.
